MANDALA KITCHENS CATERING
We are back accepting Catering jobs!
Beginning in March, 2016, we created a Catering/Food Prep business to provide on-the-job training & jobs for individuals (and also our Trainees & Graduates) as well as support the on-going funding of the programs.
We have been able to offer Training & part-time employment to individuals who are formerly homeless, formerly incarcerated, Veterans, undocumented individuals and political refugees.
We have catered events from 2 to 300 people—Home Meals, Meetings, Programs, Fund-raisers, Social Events, Holiday Parties
Our offerings tend towards Vegetarian/Vegan fare and offer fish & chicken dishes
We offer sit down service, buffet & family style, appetizer buffets & snack tables.
We can accommodate special diets: Gluten free
and though not certified at this time, we can provide Kosher/Halal style fare.
